One of my friends living in Delhi, had bad sleeping habit, going to bed around 2 AM, and then his morning would start around 11AM or 12 PM. He was not happy with his timetable, but it has become out of his control. We met at a family function and he discussed the problem. I suggested him to not worry and follow my masterpiece which worked for me because I was also having the similar issue. Even I was suffering from the habit of going to bed around 1 or 2 AM. In spite of sincere effort, I was unable to undo it.
Coincidentally, once I visited my village. As we all know, village life is different from the life of Delhi and other metropolitan cities. In the village, me and my friends planned a cricket match in the evening. It was full of excitement as I was playing after many years. when I came back to my home, I was extremely tired, had my dinner early and went to bed around 10 PM itself. I had quality and deep sleep that night. I got up at 6 AM. It was quite surprising for me and for my family members too.
The problem got solved without much effort and mental pain. I was feeling very energetic and excited. Since I was there in my village for 15 days, the routine remained the same. I used to finish all my work in the daytime and go to the playground in the evening. I used to play around two hours each day. As the cricket game involved, running, jumping, diving. Coming back home completely tired, I had dinner early and slept around 10 PM.
After my vacation, I came to Delhi, but didn’t forget to replicate the same timetable. Now I am completely off that habit and start my day at 6 AM itself.
My suggestion: To correct your bedtime, change your daily routine and don’t forget to go to the playground or GYM in the evening.

Yes this is so amazing idea to maintain sleep disorder, I also try this and see amazing results. I work my all day without laziness and also without any stupid time table😮💨👍🏻
